As a small handmade brand, each item is crafted slowly and in limited quantities. Because of this, monada currently accepts returns under the following conditions:
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
Custom colors and made-to-order items are final sale and unfortunately cannot be returned or exchanged.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact monada within 7 days of delivery with photos so I can make it right.
Natural Dye Care & Disclaimer
Pieces are dyed using plants, minerals, and natural extracts. This process creates rich, earthy tones that are beautifully unique but also more delicate than synthetic dyes.
Even though fabrics are carefully prepared and protected using naturtal tannins and mordants, color variation, subtle markings, and tonal irregularities are part of the process and are embraced as characteristics, not flaws.
Over time, natural dyes may gently soften or fade with wear, sun exposure, and washing. This evolution is normal and adds to the story of each piece.
